Amy Nitola, RDH

Amy is a compassionate, gentle, and highly skilled dental hygienist who loves what she does. She comes to Moore Dental care as an honors graduate from Pasco-Hernando Community College with her associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Having worked in dentistry since 2003, Amy has acquired the skills to provide invaluable service without compromising the patient’s best interests. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and participant in Give Kids a Smile. Amy maintains her license by attending continuing education courses.

Throughout her career as a dental hygienist and assistant to both dentists and hygienists, she has developed a sincere affection for motivating patients in preventive dentistry and easing any pre-existing apprehensions they may have. She enjoys challenges and strives to keep a positive perspective and demeanor in every aspect of her life.

When her hands are outside of the mouth, you can find her spending time with her husband Alex and Goldendoodle puppy, Crispin. They enjoy stand-up paddle boarding around Tampa Bay, going to concerts, working on her 1967 VW Bug and just hanging out with friends.
