Our in-house program offers up to 2 free cleanings (excluding deep cleanings), 4 exams (excluding comprehensive periodontal examination), and any necessary radiographs/x-rays (excluding the CBCT). Additional examinations are subject to a 30% discount excluding the CBCT, Botox, Veneers, Tooth Whitening, All In-house Orthodontic Services, Implant Diagnostic Services, CT scans, Surgical Guides, Nitrous and Lab services.
Once you are signed up for the program, it is valid for only one-year effective day of purchase but may be renewed after the one-year is up. The member may cancel the policy within the first 30 days of purchase, but any services redeemed are deducted from the purchase price.

This aligner system is offered at a fee of $4300. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due on the day records (photo/scan) are taken, and $4000 is due upon arrival of treatment plan and ordering of aligners, paid in full. This system does not apply to dental insurance and is only available for adult minor tooth correction.
