Dr. Curtis Moore

Dr. Curtis R. Moore D.M.D., was born in Alabama prior to moving to Tampa in 1964. He attended Howard University and Samford University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree at both universities. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama Birmingham in 1962. He also served as Captain in the United States Airforce until 1972. Dr. Curtis Moore received a certificate of satisfactory attainment in the National Board Dental Examinations and a certificate for license to practice from the Florida Board of Examiners as well as the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama. Dr. Curtis Moore was also an active member in the American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and was a Life Achievement member of the Hillsborough County Dental Association.
